Obviously the basic stuff you have with mani should be in it..
Other than the 'fun' ones that have nothing todo with ka_soccer, which would only give admins something to muck around with.
But also things like respawning players, teleporting the ball up if it glitches and goes under the map (i plan to fix this in a future ka_soccer map build of mine, but people still use the older lolobubu maps regardless),
And ummm what else.. I had a few ideas for this but forgotten them all now.
I'll edit when i come up with anything.
I just don't know how much use this will be though. most of it can already be done with mani and you can tele the ball up and respawn players with simple binds.
It'd only be slightly more convenient having it all together..
