Provide some sort of indicator in non-English string editors when the English string changes since the last time the alternative language did.
For example, if a string is created in English "Download" and the French localizer provides the French alternative. If I later come back and change it to "Tools", it should show with some sort of warning indicator the next time the French localizer sees that page.
