popuplib.create(...,delete_if_exists=True) (ES Popup / Popuplib)

An argument on popuplib.create (and also easylist and easymenu) to delete the popup if it exists.

Would just make things easier and make it more obvious to coders how important that is!

I had Buffer Overflow errors because of creating existing popups. So an argument to check for it or popuplib checking for it anyway would be helpful
