Well i feel that if something is to be nice has to be fully nice and I mean having banners to promote and all the marketing stuff related.

Just add the XA tag to the XA stuff. I don't see us needing a full website just for XA.
I could add a link to the menu that goes directly to XA tagged items if you wanted XA to have something special.

Yes that's the purpose. XA having a special download page with pics and maybe tut videos.
