Allow project owners (or groups..) to add versions (with notes) to a project. Onwer have the ability to assign requests to a version number. Also a project "roadmap" page with the versions listed and the number of open/closed tickets assigned to them. A-la trac (example here: http://trac.kohanaphp.com/roadmap)
