Introduce prephurt as function so we can use geteventinfo OR make everything as default (so eventvars names and so on)

I might expand the event_vars some, but changing it to a function would mean that ESS races would be unable to use this...

Bad idea... But if you really want to do it, You'll have to mess with wcs.SetEventInfo() and wcs.GetEventInfo()... I'm not making the information public because people can seriously muddle up things... If you really want to change something, Just use wcs.Heal() or wcs.HealthAdd() etc in def prephurt(ev): The prephurt event is fully functional in the latest private beta... It will soon be out as a public beta...
