Min, Max, Current Level For Race Menu (WCS:Python By: Fredukes and Jeff)

Please, please, please add Min. Level, Max. Level, Cur. Level to the Race Menu if you are worried about it becoming to long use "\n" to have it print on the line right below the race name, that works really, really well, and from my experience never runs into length issues. I really need this (and I can't figure out non static menu).

I am going to leave the race menu as is for now... how ever I am going to add MinLevel/MaxLevel/CurLevel/Required Team/Weapons to the raceinfo for each race.
