fix w00t multicounting (EventScripts Addon Manager)

If multiple addons link to the same forum thread, they are ALL counted for w00ts... semi-useful if it's for multiple contributors to a project, bad if it's the same person linking multiple addons to the same thread (discovered through Jeff91's WCS Races)

Sorry, woots are based on THREADS. If you want two addons with differnt counts, you MUST make two different threads. There is no way around this.

What I'm meaning is that it's counting the same thread multiple times in a person's w00t count because it's linked to multiple addons.

i.e. - bug report, not feature request :P
